Barrister Afroz Imtiaz obtained his LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Greenwich and thereafter went on to pursue his BPTC from the University of West of England. Barrister Imtiaz is a Barrister-at-Law of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK and is further enrolled as an Advocate of the Dhaka Bar Association.
Barrister Imtiaz has extensive experience in dealing with a myriad of issues surrounding litigation for businesses alongside expertise on laws surrounding entertainment and real estate. He has also been involved in project finance and syndication, foreign direct investment, employment, immigration of foreign nationals, admiralty, banking, international commercial agreement, general corporate work, civil litigations, criminal litigations and juvenile delinquency matters.
His specializations include drafting agreements of lease financing, hypothecation, performance bonds, sales contracts & bank guarantees and employment contracts & HR policies. Mediation is also a strong suit of Barrister Imtiaz as he has participated in different types of civil and commercial mediation activities in Bangladesh and abroad.
