We also advise and represent corporations in relation to lease arrangements of commercial premises (including disputes involving the Premises Rent Control Act, 1991).

We have experience representing land developers in disputes involving cancellation of powers of attorney for land development, seeking injunctive relief from the courts in transactions for joint-venture real-estate development/construction.

An experienced team works alongside the counsels of the firm in conducting legal due-diligence on title to land (both freehold and leasehold), including the conducting of on-site and in-field searches at the land taxes office, municipal corporations, land registry and concerned government offices.
